Elevate Barre
Barre combines elements of pilates, ballet & yoga while using a ballet barre to create a fun and engaging workout! Our method is similar to the origination of Barre being the Lotte Berk Method. Our exercises involve isometric movements and holds using your small stabilizer muscles to strengthen your body and yoga for stretching to elongate. Creating lean & strong muscles! We use upbeat music to create a fun & lively atmosphere. We also offer Cardio Barre, giving a faster pace and using both small & large movements. Barre Inspire will also be on the schedule, this class is a bit slower paced and gives more focus to stretching while still including the elements of Barre. Modifications are provided in every class. Our workouts will leave you feeling exhilerated! No experience required, class is accessible to all!
What to bring? Bring a water bottle & Barre Sticky Socks are REQUIRED during class. You may bring your own sticky socks or purchase at the studio!
Elevate Yoga
We offer a variety of yoga classes that are accesable to everyone! Our primary focus is on Vinyasa Flow & Hatha classes. Vinyasa Flow links up conscious breath with movement that flows from one pose to the next. Hatha Yoga has similarities to Vinyasa however is a slower paced practice and holds poses for a few breaths. Hatha focuses on mindfulness & meditation and can be a genlte form or a bit more dynamic. Modifications are offered in all yoga classes. We will also be offering a Yoga Sculpt for those that would like a deeper workout.
What to Bring? Please bring your own Yoga Mat & water bottle. Yoga Mats are available to borrow for those who are newer to yoga or if you forget yours.
Childcare
Childcare will be available for a small additonal fee on select classes. Pre sign up is required, spots are limited & will be on a first sign up first serve basis. Minimum age requirement TBD and will be updated soon.
