EMPOWERING MOVEMENT

Ashley believes in empowering through movement! She is a certified Yoga & Barre instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience. Ashley is a RYT with her 200 hour Yoga certification & holds four Barre certifications. Ashley has also developed the elevate barre method! She teaches many styles of Yoga however her favorite is Vinyasa Flow. Ashley started her Instructor journey in 2013 on the island of Kauai and has continued to grow in her love for yoga and barre ever since. She has experience teaching to individuals of all ages. Her youngest students being 3 years old and eldest being in there 80's! She is passionate about helping her clients achieve their fitness goals and loves to see them grow and progress in their practice. Empowering her students through movement while delivering a memorable experience in class is her goal.

When she is not investing in her Yoga or Barre practice you can find her coaching her sons baseball team, at dance or gymnastics for her daughter, or cheering her son on at soccer, football & hockey. She also loves to hike and camp.  Movement is a big part of her life that she enjoys instilling in her children. In her past she has also taught dance & yoga to children of all ages.

Melissa has a firm belief that yoga is for everyone! She teaches traditional Hatha yoga in a way that is enjoyable at all skill levels. Her classes are designed to promote a sense of peace and stability both on and off the mat. Melissa went through teacher training in 2019 where she earned her 200 hour Yoga Certification with East West Yoga in Bali Indonesia and was fortunate to study under Surrinder Singh of Rishikesh. Her deepest wish as a teacher is to guide her students in cultivating a practice that nourishes and replenishes them from the inside out. 

 Megan is passionate about leading yoga classes that are inspiring, connected, and achievable for all who attend. Having seen the magic of a consistent practice in her own life, she is eager to help others develop a craving for movement that keeps them coming back to their mats. She started practicing yoga 15 years ago and fell in love with the physical and mental benefits while attending college in Chicago. In 2020, she completed her 200-hour yoga certification with Uplifted Yoga. As an instructor, Megan loves using great music, vivid cues, and breathwork to help clients align their energy with their practice. Outside of yoga, she enjoys cooking, reading, and improving her game as a runner
